We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact info@nextcellpets.com to arrange a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
